A New Level

The song is about living for yourself, it's about suddenly a new look in your eye and you are no longer mr. nice but guy who calls it how he sees it and not taking shit off no one and in turn finding a new level of confidence and power. quite motivating.

i think it has to do with the "new level" they achieved on VDOP compared to CFH

He's "Bold and disastrous". This means his "NEW LEVEL" of confidence and intelligence can't be matched. And the part about the ears not hearing what people say means he won't listen to any discouragements or doubts anyone has about him.

"I feel a conquering will deep inside me" This means he knows in his heart that he is capable of doing whatever he wants, and he just needs to find a way to release it.

The last part of the song means that he is SO DETERMINED to acheive his goal that nobody can stop him. He will not accept failure as he is emerging from the shell that is his past.

...cool. Awesome vocals, I sort of relate to the whole "got pissed on" etc thing, as at my local swimming pool, these little kids pissed on my... twice! The solos cool too, good to air guitar too, but I'm trying to learn it for real on guitar, it kicks ass.

I would have to agree MrTragedy when he says it's like his comment for Mouth For War. They're both inspiring songs. Great guitar riff too!

ah shit. this is wat i went thru not long ago. I used to hate fighting or violence, i used to try and make sure everyone else's needs where met before myself...

Then that all changed. Now i dont cop shit from anyone, and i tend to be out for myself more these days. Bring on any of the shit i used to put up with back in the day, and i'd deal with it very differently.
