This song includes sound bites from the movie "The Omega Man" which is what this song is about Charltin Heston is the lone survivor of the human race however there is a cult of vampire/zombies called the family and they refer to Heston as a Creature of the Wheel because he represents the Modern Man. The movie is based on the book I AM Legend which also coincides with another white zombie song of the same name.
This song basically sums up the views of the Cult the family from "The Omega Man " they blame Modern man for their plights and seek to destroy the last remaining "Creature of the Wheel" Robert Nevil AKA Charltin Heston.
