Okay, perhaps I am way off here - but I always assumned that this song was about her performing oral sex on a boyfriend. She really does not want to do it, but it makes him feel like a 'big man' ("Or do you still think you are so much bigger than me?")

Also, I think that the lines - "I let out the freak for all to see And she won't let you think that you're so much better than me"

• is her saying that she has found a girl (labelled a ‘freak’ by society for being a lesbian), who treats her with respect and who gives her pleasure (instead of her having to always give the man pleasure and get none in return.)

Maybe I'm all wrong, but it's just that several phrases really make me think the lyrics are of a rather sexual nature - "chew toy head", "stretch out your face", "Circus sideshow freak grows bigger and bigger" and the ‘swollen lips’.

I dont know the meaning of the song, somehow makes me feel that, if I'm trying to prove to someone who thinks they are better than me, I am trying to tell them, you know, your not better than me, and i'll prove it to u. it makes me think of people i hate. eg, some girl who has hated me for years because im gothic and she isn't. usuall stuff. but i hate her alot, n this song makes me wanna smack her n jus tell her how much i hate her n just let her know that she isn't any better than me and to stop thinking that. thas wut it means to me, but i dunno the actual meaning. anyway, this is a kick ass song. and I can tell by the sound of jessikas voice that she is pissed off at summat. its a really co0l song, (like most of the songs by jack off jill) hehe! -_~¤~Mø®ßîз·Åñgë|~¤~_

I think that this song portrays the sense of egotism and how people's heads can swell up soo much that they think they're bigger and better then the whole world that surrounds them and there's always that one person who tries to make them see that they're really not that great at all....that's just what i think... this is a really kick ass song, and i really like Jack Off Jill.

This song is all about how a girl,most likely Jessicka is feeling that someone thinks they are so much better then her and shes saying all these things,and asking do you still think you are so much better then me,so basically its about someone thinking there better then her when shes knows for a fact that there not.

this song always reminds me of when uve been crying so hard, because my lips always feel swollen after. its like what everyone else has says its about, but jessicka cant express this to the person (why are my lips so swollen shut), because they have sum sorta power over her (i let u think that u r so much better than me) i think its like, about someone in her childhood, like a parent, because i always think of 'chew toy head' as a toy (obv) and then u have the pissed in my pants bit. it actually makes me think of my relationship with my mum cuz she always makes me cry
