I was on the phone one day when this song came on and I sang everyword and my friend thought I was crazy. I didn't know who sang it or what it was called. So it came on again and I searched. This song is a great feel good song..very fun to creep your friends out with.

Blah blah we all know Bing Crosby did this song the Ritz was an old hotel, Taco made an old song weird. How weird? Taco was in to performance art he was a DEEP THINKER people! On the video shoot he point to his own darkskin says to his dancers ""1 of you will be dark like me forever""..... He gave them heap$ of money they say ok! The make up guy put 3 dancers in normal blackface but 1 in PERMANENT BLACKFACE like Russian rulett he didnt tell them who. They do the video go to wash there make up off the 1 dancer is like OH CRAP haha. Wants to kill him self but then decides he like it that way! Kinky fettish or what I dont know but his girl friend stayed him for years shes a great dental higenist she told me the story.

I remember seeing this video around the time it came out. I was probably about 5 or 6. I thought it was creepy then and I find it quite creepy (but kind of funny) now. I think it's because his face doesn't look real or something, I can't put my finger on it. I even turn it off when it comes on the radio because it makes me think of the video. Here's some trivia to make it even weirder-according to Wikipedia- "The music video for Taco's version became controversial because of its blackface dancers. An edited version was released which replaces these dancers with a picture of Gary Cooper."
