you realize these guys are squatters, right? this song is about body lice, head lice, scabies, etc. etc. The subtitle of this song is "The Lindane Conspiracy Pt 1". Lindane is a lotion used to rid yourself of body lice and what not. It's given out in clinics to people (usually the homeless) who get lice and can't afford treatment. I've heard claims (as STZA makes) that it can be cancer-giving. It is scientifically proven to temporarily fuck up your nervous system amongst other things.
Anyway, I don't really think this song is about "Drugs" or "STD's".
