We could think she's a woman who plays with guys. May be all she gives them is some french kisses. Because no boy can fill her secret places might refer to sexual things.
She just want to turn them on. The problem is that he's addicted to her. He tries to escape, he sleeps and runs far from her, but she remains the one. That's why his boots are aching and her french cream won't soften them.
He wants to break on through : it can mean he wants to enter her mind and face the truth. (the truth is behind the angel in her eyes, the angel being the hope he sees in such a beautiful look) It can also be sexual.
But despite her killer graces, she won't break him. Because despite his bitterness, he will keep trying again and again to get her.

Anyways, it seems to be about a beautiful but cold woman that you feel trapped to, and even though you know she'll probably chew you up and spit you out you can't escape her ("And tonight you'll try just one more time to leave it all behind"), and eventually resign yourself to just letting her use you ("That secret pact you made, Back when her love could save you, From the bitterness").
I just saw Bruce in a concert yesterday, and some of the songs sounded like I'd heard them for the first time. This was one of them.
She's the One as a song means a lot to me. From my point of view, it's about this woman who I'm addicted to. It's no healthy addiction, and it's no love. It's the feeling when you can't escape something no matter how hard you try. You're trapped inside a feeling that controls you. It's an ugly feeling, but you're forced to see it as beautiful, otherwise it would consume you.

"She's the One" Title says it all. This is a song about The one person you will meet in your life who meant everything and all things to you, and, in turn, you gave yourself over to them completely. You will only do that once. If it doesn't work out, you will never do it again with that much abandon; you will be more cautious. Everybody has One, and you will never forget who that is. Over time, it might appear to be hard to pick just one, but in your heart you always know because it's also the first.
