So This Is Ashtabula Lyrics

So now's the right time
To come and pick me up
We'll cross the state line
Cause I think I've had enough

You stole your dad's car
Can't thank you enough for that
I got a credit card
Don't plan on paying it back

A long way from our home
That's where we'll find it
A place to all alone
I've decided

But you and I would be much happier (happier)
Breaking out and moving on (moving on)
We'll ditch the scene and leave them all behind (all behind)
Getting lost without a sense of direction

So now's the right time
To come and pick me up
We'll cross the state line
Cause I think I've had enough
A long way from our home
That's where we'll find it
A place to all alone
I've decided

You and I would be much happier (happier)
Moving out and moving on (moving on)
We'll ditch the scene and leave them all behind (all behind)
Getting lost without a sense of direction
