"Suckin' on a bowl of crack"...? Only Warren could have written something this ambiguous, funny and chilling I love the way he gives blues a punk sensibility. Blues + Rock + Punk = Zevon It seems to be an obvious combination of styles, really But Warren was the only one to really take advantage of it The result being some of the greatest songs in American rock, blues, or punk.

Well, Warren Zevon, what a guy! Anyway, I think the Angel Dressed in Black could be Death coming for him (partly due to the bad habit of "sucking on a bowl of crack") as well as the drug addled girlf.
