Yes, I agree with Willard. This song is about the pain and suffering one can feel after the loss of a loved one, and the different stages of remorse and regret each individual experiences. The meaning is made painfully clear when Dr. Evil says "I've gotta bust a move drop and bust a groove feelin fine got an evil crew Goldmember to lick my nine till then I'll *my Thats all for shizzo my nizzo ya'll" This is one of the most beautiful, darkly poetic lines in all of modern music. I actually cried halfway through this song and had to turn it off until I could gather the strength to listen to all of it. All-in-all, this is a stunningly beautiful testament to emotional structure of the human soul, and how it reacts when faced with sheer adversity. I, myself, know: this song got me through a very tough time in my life.
