Belle (Reprise) (Beauty and the Beast) Lyrics
[Belle:] Is he gone? Can you imagine? He asked me to marry him.
Me, the wife of that boorish, brainless . . .
"Madame Gaston!"
Can't you just see it?
"Madame Gaston!"
His "little wife"
No sir! Not me!
I guarantee it
I want much more than this provincial life
I want adventure in the great wide somewhere
I want it more than I can tell
And for once it might be grand
To have someone understand
I want so much more than they've got planned
Me, the wife of that boorish, brainless . . .
Can't you just see it?
"Madame Gaston!"
His "little wife"
No sir! Not me!
I guarantee it
I want much more than this provincial life
I want adventure in the great wide somewhere
I want it more than I can tell
And for once it might be grand
To have someone understand
I want so much more than they've got planned

I LOVE THIS SONG! It's my favorite scene in Beauty & The Beast. I dream about the day where I can be singing this on Broadway :).
It's about knowing you have so much more potential than what you're given. You want it so bad but what you want even more is to find someone that understands that you have more to offer than what meets the eye.
