quite obviously about a girl who tests positive for HIV
regarding the theme, treating such subject is often all but a evident delicate thing that comes out especialy poignant if not completely heart crushing for example the 'Flicking through postcards and brochures of rome' bit sure does a lot for that.
regarding the music it's just as intense and hypnotic as ever with K.J.
It's quite an obvious shout here really, but Jana tested positive on something. Something being a disease that's gonna kill her. Might be HIV like kijima theorized, but as the song never specifies it, there's more options too.
And then there's the bit with the letter and in the second verse her breaking down and crying a few times. Maybe she can no longer get treatment because she waited so long to check out the results and so her own hesitance meant her illness winning?
