im not too sure, but i think the opening verse is "Im black glass" which could be like, seeing everything thats happening around you, but no one can see in to you and know what you're thinking/doing.
"eyes like glass" could be it too, being depressed over something and looking into your own eyes and not seeing anything.
i think the whole song is about someone thats f'ed with you, and points out all your mistakes..made you feel like everything is your own fault. until one day you realize that "you're not the enemy" and this person has been leading you in the wrong direction

I say these guys in concert with Sevendust last night. they fucking rock. The lable was stupid to drop them when they were Simon Says. Shut Your Breathe is one my favorite rock albums. the other one is okay
