I like the song..but did you guys know that the intro is acctaully a symphony part taken from some symphony names 'The Planets'. The think the intro to 'Am I Evil' is form the section called Mars which is the planet of war. Just a little bit of information you might not have already known. I like the diamond head version a little better than teh metallica version. I think the guys voice in diamond head fits the song a little more, but they're both good!

i like diamond head though i have to say i prefere metallicas version of this song
Excellent song- very dark, and a true showcase for guitarist Brian Tatler. A band that deserved so much, but like so many other British metal bands of the 80s, were killed off by the incompetence of their record labels.
the Anthology is Diamonds best record of their work to date. This song is so cool and metallicas version aint a patch on this.

Why were they supporting Megadeth anyway? They're older than them, and they influenced them too.
I also saw them supporting Megadeth. The main reason they were supporting them I think is because Megadeth is much bigger than Diamond Head, comercially. I was just really pissed off that I missed half of Diamond Head's set and that Sean Harris was no longer with them. Oh, great song too. In my opinion one of many fully unappreciated rock/metal songs, lacking much well deserved credit.
