this is one of my favorite Lost Prophets songs I wanted to see what this band was really about..so I bought their CD and i wasn't disappointed!

I love this song...my friend told me about them and i've loved them ever since i downloaded Shinobi bs. Dragon Ninja!

Hey I love lostprophets, but I have a few niggles with this song lyrics. First off, I really wish that "... won't you come and fight with me" was f*** with me, but these guys don't really curse so... and also, I think that the "because if i thought i were you every word i say" is " and if I thought I'd win you" which really ties into my idea about what this song means. If it is indeed "win you" then I think this song is all about wondering whether you should ask that girl that you are really good friends with to become something more. He talks about how if he thought he had a chance then he would be sure to screw things up, and "if i thought i'd win you, time and time again and if i did we won't be friends" means that he knows that if she does become his girlfriend then they won't be normal friends anymore and he's going to miss that. The could i, should I, would I also follows the same idea, lending the feeling of a torn conscience. Or maybe, I've just got a serious jones for one of my really good friends, even though we are both attached to other people. Whatever.

Anyways, this song is about a series of arguments with your good friend, which possibly leads to the end of a friendship.

I love Lost Prophets a whole bunch! Their music is the best and there's nothing better or at least to me and before u say something bad about their music listen to their cd's!

i love lostprophets i loved them back when they sucked and no one here had ever heard of them and they have sweet dual guitar work in this song

I've always thought the last line was "and the stone was cast" instead of "and you stole this care". i could be wrong, but just a suggestion.

Great song, pretty easy on guitar too... I've dedicated this to my ex, kinda reminds me of her... I think it's pretty much about somebody giving you the "We should just be friends" thing or whatever and still harboring feelings for them
