i saw them live and zack said the song was about "sex... the 'by yourself' kind of sex"
to me this song is about when you don't expect anything to happen with a girl and all of a sudden it does. he's telling her that theres no shame in it and it actually was a good experience. they should just fall asleep in the soothing delirium.
