What A Wonderful World Lyrics
I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I say to myself, what a wonderful world
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
Bright sunny days, dark sacred nights
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
The colors of the rainbow are so pretty in the skies
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands, saying
"How do you do?"
They're really saying, "I love you"
I see babies cry, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world
And I say to myself, what a wonderful world
I see them bloom for me and you
And I say to myself, what a wonderful world
Bright sunny days, dark sacred nights
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands, saying
"How do you do?"
They're really saying, "I love you"
I see babies cry, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Joey actually gives life to a quite lifeless song... RIP Joey
This song actually saved me from suicide. I love Joey Ramone, may he rest in peace.
Yeah, rest in peace, Joey! Every time I feel down and out, I remember this song and I'm happy again, 'cause I remember there's always something to live for.
beautiful song, the way joey sings it just brings tears to your eyes.
I love this version, they used it at the end of Bowling For Columbine, Which I find ironic cause they blammed Rock music on the fact that those guys went out and killed all those students. I think your supposed to read it like that.
Awesome version of the song!
This is, to date, the only song that brings me to tears. Whenever shit goes wrong around me, I turn on this song, and the meaning I've attacked to it makes me feel better.
"For all the fucked up parts of this world, it's still worth living in."
I love the smooth easiness of this song and I think it's wicked that Joey could retain his talent even without the assistance of the Ramones (one of my fav bands ever). RIP JOey-your ghost is still rockin, too tough to die
