i think this song is fun. it's short, quirky, and super catchy. i always have it in my head. oh baby! picking up people at a coffee house... an all too familiar situation.

i love brendan benson's stuff. I haven't heard the tune that the lyrics go with but i am liking the lyrics. if someone sang it to me i'd probably lagh but inside i'd feel all special. heheh, tis a cute little song.
To me this song is not as simple and innocent as it first seems. 'Tea' is a slang expression for herbal cannabis as well. Song could be innocent or it could be the other way. That's the beauty of a songwriter of Benson's talent..
