Tell you the truth I ain’t carrying one dime – so what who needs dough to rock these rhymes – let me see I’m going to go with not me – guess I was wrong my freestyle is free – at least I know it ain’t worth a whole lot – remember way back when I had a swole not – oh wait that wasn’t me that was Jay-Z – I got this poverty thing locked like crazy – it amazes me that one man could be so poor – a step from homeless so get me on tour – the road is where I want to make my home – but when I roam I need to take out a loan – man it seems you got me on a bad day – I hate to moan & complain this way – I guess I just need something to gripe about - don’t worry about me I’ll figure it out

Don’t get me wrong man I love what I do – no matter how many trials I face it’s never through – drive all night straight through the dark to light – always following the call that’s on my life – can’t we forget about the struggles & strife - & thank God we get to do this all right – cause like before we don’t do it for cream – just feed us well a hotel & we’ll rock your scene – you see this team ain’t got no salary cap – we play for the league minimum it’s like that - & like this we might miss but won’t stop – flow all night & watch the ego’s drop
