Yes this song is awesome.. I Don't understand "Call Vincent Price up on the Nextel" this line though.. or maybe wikipedia bought up the wrong Vincent Price.. could someone explain?
This song is about losing a stash of weed, and Outkast and the Scooby crew go out to try and find it, but then the last line before "I would've got away with it..." where they're talking about scooby, saying that he's got his sack. Scooby had it all along! Scooby had the weed all along!
This song is proof that the scooby crew are stoners.

I think the Vincent Price might just be homage to House on the Haunted Hill, or just old horror movies.

I had the first Scooby Doo live-action movie on VHS and after the credits the music video to this song comes on & it was AWESOME ^_^ but it wasn't Scooby who took the stash O: it was Big Boi in disguise! But of course for the 'rated G exposure' it was actually Scooby Snacks d: I must say, being like 6 or 7 i definitely didn't get the weed reference but now 10 years later haha this is one of my favorite Outkast songs lolz 'Shaggy wake up, we've been had Our scooby snacks they got the whole stash' i love that Shaggy & Scoob blaze it :D
