This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

I love this song, and Id have to say it has the most meaning to it...b/c i actually am the girl in the song. basically, i wanted to tell my story, b/c what i did was so brave i thought. I mean even to this day I still cant believe what I did. I mean I went up to the guy Ive had a crush on for 3 years and asked him to a dance...it was great! He said no! But hey! If I would have never done it, I woulda have never known what would have happend...I could have just ended up sitting there...eating my taco, on a warm wednesday afternoon, saying to myself "He'll laugh at me, hes too popular"
