I think this song is just a lady dreaming of a mate that would both love her and be able to have fun with her for life and at the end she says that its about the person she is singing it to.

This song is familiar to Bossa Nova fans, It's called Samba de Verao in Portuguese. My favorite version is by Caetano Veloso.
