There are ghosts in here
An easy laze
They dance all night
With a vacant gaze
They stand in rows
And buy alcohol
We're having fun at the dancehall
I've got my pills and I've got my toys
Pin-up girls and pin-up boys
My lips are frozen to another can
I could kill him, but I just kiss his hand
An easy laze
They dance all night
With a vacant gaze
They stand in rows
And buy alcohol
We're having fun at the dancehall
Pin-up girls and pin-up boys
My lips are frozen to another can
I could kill him, but I just kiss his hand

I don't think there's much depth to this song, just a story about a night in a dancehall.
"I've got my pills" probably refers to ecstacy, which was commonly used at raves during the 90s.
"With a vacant gaze" refers to how everyone's drunk and high.
"My lips are frozen to another can I could kill him, but I just kiss his hand" He could stop drinking then and there but instead of throwing it away (killing him) he continues drinking (kisses his hand).
