I think it's about being materialistic and fake. "paradox of socialization results in duress" Socialization results in duress (duress = forcible confinement) is paradoxic in the sense that, you'd think someone being social would have lots of friends and be free and stuff, but really that person has to live up to his/her friend's standards and might be able to truly be who they wish to be.
"Ostracized for clarity of vision" Becoming an outcast for not trying to be cool or fit in, he has clarity of vision (that is, he knows what's important and that trying to be a part of the "in crowd" is not important)

I've got to be honest, I have no idea what he is talking about, but I love this song.
He's sick of people and wants to get away but he can't escape. He's really fed up with all the obnoxious, racist, and ersatz fakes of the human race.

By this I think he means that we're killing ourselves with religious and racial intolerances and other forms of prejudice. Like through hatred we'll lead ourselves to the decline of humanity.

I cant under stand any of this song. the screaming is so fucken loud and growling. This song fucken ROCKS!! Nobody can scream better than Randy.
