A lonely inmate looks out of the window of his empty prison cell, looks out of his window to see, but there's no light coming in. Why was he put there to begin with? Why is this man not free? I know we must not, we cannot, we will not tie the noose. When things fall down around you, don't tie the noose. When it's all up to what you choose, you've got a chance to understand, but don't know what to do, just tell me that you will not tie the noose.
