    Brilliant song... the lyrics on "Brave" was probably the darkest written from Steve Hogarth. The opening lines refer to THE SUN & THE MIRROR.. a very famous newspapers in the UK. I think the song talks about how people easily believe all the things they read in the paper nowadays and how journalists and reporters manipulate the truth sometimes to make a something about nothing really. Also, i think in the first line "a face you hardly recognise, things to burn your eyes" refers to the runaway girl whom she is the main charecter in the album's theme, the girl talking to her abusive parents.. i dont know. Nice song anyway.

    But the song has something to do with the conecpt of the "Brave" album for sure. I have not watched the movie that was made also titled "Brave" but everybody watched that movie should know almost everything about the story.
