This song is great. i love the beat. it reminds me of myself, its a song i can reallt relate to. i know others relate to it too.
This song is about making something for yourself.. 'I created myself to be on my own, but I didn't expect to be alone..." you say one thing and do another, because you are always unsure as to who you are and where you want to be. I think this song is saying that you don't want to need other peolple, it would be so cool to exist solely on your own and never have to contact the rest of the world but in reality we do need other people - without other people we are nothing. "All i never wanted was to be there with you"-he doesn't want to be with the other people, he wants to be alone, yet he knows that that is unhealthy and makes survival impossible.
i agree with electricveil, its about someone who built himself up to be the person he thought he wanted to be, but when he reached it he realised that he didnt want to be that person at all "i created myself to be on my own but i didnt expect to be alone" and now on realising that, hes not sure what to do. he knows that waiting isnt going to let the other person know how he feels "days wont let you know / that all i never wanted..."etc
