I can do no better than to quote the man himself: "`20 Amnesia' is about those "little things" that people forget. Like at the last election [1992] when an opportuniity for change presented itself - not a particularly attractive alternative, admittedly - and then suddenly a 20% tax bribe entered the equation and overnight people lost their fucking nerve!" At the time of writing it looks like people are going to make a wrong decision at the ballot box for similar reasons!
