The greatest atheist song in the world. But you've got the lyrics wrong; it's "life seems so fine when you don't understand".
The song is basically saying that when you are religious, you live in a happy fantasy, with the veil of faith hiding the truth that you're simple born, you reproduce, and you die - and that humanity as a whole is pointless.
But the "beautiful story" is that, despite how we have no real meaning as a race, we should just be happy to be alive, because that's really a miracle in itself.

i completely agree with this song. if there's any kind of meaning here, it's beyond us.
This will be my funeral song when I die. The idea that we’re lucky to be here, so enjoy the short moment in time that will be your life, it will be over before you know it. There’re no second chances, so make the most of it and spend it with those you love. Then there will be no regrets. And that’s ok!
