Is this the 5 minute long song on the Self-Titled? If it is then it's amazing. I can't understand what they're saying in any of the songs so it's hard to figure out the untitleds.
Nevermind, it is. God this song is fucking fantastic.
It sound's like at one point he says "This song is dead, I know because I'm singing it." or something to that degree around 1:28.

Yeah, I really wanna know what he's saying during the spoken word bit in the middle of the song. I can definitely make out "this song is dead" and I know because I'm singing it seems to fit too.
at one point I swaer it sounds like he said someting along the lines of "my grandpa" or something that's probably just me imagining things that doesn't seem to fit at all anywhere. The beginning sounds like
"and so it ends, the next song it sets, when it sets it sets, when it sets it sets the whole song sets..."

Well, I did talk to the Guitarist from Hassan and he's confirmed the whole intro and the my grandpa thing is true.
He's saying "April, Easter, My Grandpa." Referring to his Grandfather dieing of cancer around Easter-time.
He's also confused as to wether the vocalist is saying
"This song is dead, I know because I'm singing it." or "He's strong, he's dead. I know because I'm singing it."
It's one of those mysteries I guess that's only known to the vocalist who apparently has been MIA =/.
