Women Lyrics
In the beginning God made the land
Then He made the water and creatures, then He made man
He was born with a passion, love and hate
A restless spirit with a need for a mate
But there was something that was missing, something lost
So he came with the answer, here's what it cost
One part love, one part wild
One part lady, one part child
I give you
Women, women, lots of pretty women
Men, men, they can't live without them
Women, women, lots of pretty women
Men, men, they can't live without them
And in the garden, lust began
The animal instinct, the wanton man
She fed him with a hunger, an appetite
And fillin' with emotion he took a bite
It was one part love, one part child
One part lover, one part wild
I give you
Women, women, lots of pretty women
Men, men, they can't live without them
Women, women, lots of pretty women
Men, men, they can't live without them
Skin on skin, let the love begin
Women
It was one part love, one part wild
One part lover, one part child
A whole lotta fire, a little bit of ice
A whole lotta something you can't sacrifice
I give you
Hair, eyes, skin on skin
Legs, thighs
What's that spell
Women, women, oh, oh
Women, women, callin' every girl
Women, women, all around the world
Women, women, oh we can't live without them
Women, women

This song was OK, but i don't really like it for the fact that this song almost made "Hysteria" bomb.
What a sexy bassline.
Song fuckin' owns. Best on the album, without a doubt, imo.
They are showing some appreciation without demeaning. :) Bad ass song-totally rocks.
The title says it all, we cant live with women, and cant live without em, they are a unique specimen, hah
One of the best songs off of "Hysteria". Just awesome. It's one of my favorite music videos as well.
This is a cool song, how exactly did it almost make Hysteria bomb?? Just because it was the first single and didn't explode up the charts like Pour Some Sugar On Me did?? I think it would take more than 1 song to make Hysteria bomb. Too many classics on it.
I started out out on this stuff. I remember Rick before the accident. The first 2 albums were the best. Hysteria and pyromania were good. After that it went down hill. Suddenly Joe sounded like bryan adams or was it the other way. Respect to Steve Clarke!
I used to have a Def Leppard t-shirt which had WOMEN written downwards which stood for Worship Our Master's Every Need. It had a cartoon character on there as well, I think. I've never seen another t-shirt like it and it was brilliant because it sounded mysogenist but the lyrics show the band weren't that at all. Reminds me of my youth - stunning song.

I think this song is about how def leppard is addicted to women. They just can't live without them at all!Has anyone ever heard of queensryche?Because Geoff Tate is hot.
@Oobifan12 No. No one has heard of a band that had been bumming around the Seattle area for 8 years before hitting it big with a little album called Operation: Mindcrime. And then got even more acclaim with their 1990 rely Empire Lol But they are an awesome prog metal band \m/

Whenever I listen to this song, all I can think of is of how important women are to men.
I think it's just about all the things that make men fall in love with women.
