I was thinking this song either meant he was having a little too much fun with a lady, or about drugs. I only say the drugs thing because of: 'Feelin' over fine... somebody get me a shot'
"speedin' down that line" means snorting a line of cocaine. The band is known for their heavy cocaine use back in the day, I'm confident this song is about drugs.
