Jake Jeckel Lyrics

Boom, shock the boom, boom, boom, boom,
Boom, shock the boom, boom.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet your guardian angel, your keeper of morals, kindness. The path to Shangri-La is led by he, led by you. He is of your positivity. He is of your love. Meet one half of the juggling duo, that is your soul I'm talking about, Jake Jeckel.

Jack throw another, Jake catch one more.
They'll try to catch all that's in store for you.
How many souls will fall from the sky? For you.
How many souls burn wondering why? For you.

Jack throw another, Jake catch one more.
They'll try to catch all that's in store for you.
How many souls will fall from the sky? For you.
How many souls burn wondering why? For you.

How many more? How many more?
How many more? How many more?
How many souls will fall from the sky? For you.
How many souls burn wondering why? For you.

How many more? How many more?
How many more? How many more?
How many souls will fall from the sky? For you.
How many souls burn wondering why? For you.

Ok, listen the whole album is about the amazing Jeckel Brothers, Jake, and Jack. These two twins represent your soul split in two, good and evil. This song is about Jake Jeckel, the part of your soul that handles good. Jake spends his time juggling bleeding balls of flame that represent your sins. The less balls he has the better. every time you sin, it's jack's job to throw another ball into the loop, making it harder for jake to do his job. If jake is to drop one of these balls (as mentioned in "bring it on") Shangri-la (heaven) vanishes, and you've got yourself a oneway ticket to Hell's pit. The song, as well as almost every ICP song is trying to let you know that there is an afterlife, and there are consequenses for the bad things you do in this life. So, shape up, and stop sinning, it's not that hard.

also if you look at it dude thats how it is with each Joker's Cards. they each show a wicked side of yourself but also are heavily influenced on the bible.
