To "break wind" is to fart..it's just meaningless garbage and great satire. Plus it's a pretty good song to boot.
This song is such a perfect parody. It really sounds like the kind of song an 80s hair metal band would have put out. And, on top of the hilarity, it actually rocks! That's what made Spinal Tap so great, is that the songs weren't just funny, they were GOOD!
