These lyrics really hit home. It's what the world needs most when times are the hardest. This song showcases how mature young Kaci can be. I get goosebumps when I hear the "Michael's surfin'" line. This really is a song that makes you open your eyes.
i totally agree with u one this song...it really does hit home....it means alot to me too because i've lost 6 of my friends in the past 4 years....i think it's a great song and i think whoever wrote it really knows what they were talking about.
Great song, my top favorite Kaci song. It really does hit home, as said with this line, "We've become a dead-bolt nation." Remember that this song came before the Black-Eyed Pea song (I had my friend listen to this and she said 'omg what a rip-off of BLE!' I rolled my eyes really hard) Anyway, I recommend this song for any 'moment' ocassaion.
