I agree. The 'D-Trip" CD as a whole is wearing thin on me except for a few songs, including this one.
I used to hate this song. I just thought, because of the title that it was only a love song. I knew that Jerry was trying to distance himself from his work with Alice somewhat but I just really did not believe that he shoud be sounding like a love sick teenager. Then I actually listened to it! Now I love it!
Wow. Not only did he have to contend with the loss of Layne, arguably the closest male & creative relationship he\'d ever had, but with the loss of Courtney, the love of his life, to boot! Geez, no wonder the guy was so messed up. So many times I wish I could just hug the hell outta him. ????
