I Drive Myself Crazy Lyrics

Lying in your arms, so close together
Didn't know just what I had
Now I toss and turn, 'cause I'm without you
How I'm missing you so bad
Where was my head, where was my heart
Now I cry alone in the dark

I lie awake, I drive myself crazy
Drive myself crazy thinking of you
Made a mistake when I let you go baby
I drive myself crazy
Wanting you the way that I do
Wanting you the way that I do

I was such a fool, I couldn't see it
Just how good you were to me, oh yes
You confessed your love, undying devotion
I confessed my need to be free
And now I'm left with all this pain
I've only got myself to blame, no

I lie awake, I drive myself crazy
Drive myself crazy thinking of you
Made a mistake, let you go baby
I drive myself crazy
Wanting you the way that I do
Wanting you the way that I do

Why didn't I know it
(How much I loved you baby)
Why couldn't I show it
(If I had only told you)
When I had the chance
Oh I had the chance, oh

I drive myself crazy
Oh so crazy, oh...

I lie awake, I drive myself crazy
Drive myself crazy thinking of you
Made a mistake, let you go baby
I drive myself crazy
Wanting you the way that I do

I lie awake, I drive myself crazy
(I drive myself)
Drive myself crazy
(Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy yeah)
Made a mistake, let you go baby
I drive myself crazy
Wanting you the way that I do
I drive myself crazy
Wanting you the way that I do

You know it's so weird...I was listening to AOL Radio and this song came on-I haven't heard it in years because I'm not an Nsync fan anymore (hey, I was 13). Anyway, I just realized that this song is exactly how I feel about my ex...and this is the only song I've found that expresses that...who knew? An Nsync song...that's crazy.

Love this song. I think this was the first song I heard from them... It's off the first album I believe...

This was the first song of theirs that I actually willingly listened to; actually, the music video did it. I don't know what it was about the song that made me listen more than the others, but wow, I fell for their harmonies after that. It's such a beautiful sad song. The video cracks me up, and it's nice to see them put some of their friends/(now ex-) girlfriends in the video too.

Has anyone heard the alternate version of the song, from their European-released The Winter Album? It was called "Thinking Of You (I Drive Myself Crazy)" and featured JC with most of the lead vocals. Very interesting to listen to the two versions back-to-back and compare.
