Conan Troutman Lyrics
Feed my lung, flower seed,
You are gone and now I'm free (I'm free - yeah),
Strip me down to nothing,
Fuck me with free devotion (make it fly),
Burning my brain and burning my teeth (in the sun),
100 degrees and burning my need (make it fly),
Live the love that I have for you,
Taking your life for want you (free)
You are gone and now I'm free (I'm free - yeah),
Strip me down to nothing,
Fuck me with free devotion (make it fly),
100 degrees and burning my need (make it fly),
Live the love that I have for you,
Taking your life for want you (free)

One thing about the crazy shit of a mess that goes on in the beginning of the verses is that it's all about the drums. Listen close to the guitarpart and you'll hear it's just the verse riff.
Hmmmm..this song is hard to interpret.
Fucking Huge!!!!
"Feed my lungflower seed" not sure if lung and flower should be conjoined as there's a fair ammount of time between each word in the song, but I'd guess it's an allusion to smoking Opium, opium being extracted from the seed pods of the Opium Poppy. Immense tune anyway, it's got this sort of charging thunderous quality :P
Best anagram for Conan Troutman would be "contaminator" leaving one n out, otherwise it could be some guy they knew. It's pretty obscure.
The lyrics are obviously about smoking weed: "Feed my lung, flower seed" / "Burning my brain and burning my teeth" / "Taking your life from off you / Now you're gone and i'm free" = as the herb burns out he's getting high, plain simple.
@Hopefiend: unlikely this is about opium, it's another declaration of love for grass ("Live the love that i have for you"), just like Gardenia, while 100° is totally about cocaine and so on. Opium is not that common or popular among young people anyway, much harder to find, and a love song about something you smoke once in a while is a bit of a stretch. Only (late) reference about opiates came with QOTSA's Feel Good Hit of The Summer where vicodin is mentioned, and it makes more sense.
