It could be either about a race out in the desert or even about drugs again and it could be about a woman that is well into drugs etc.

this song is about doin' drugs and beatin' up people in your way, and then seein' a nice girl and makin' love. Just listen to the lyrics, the person is on drugs and is described like a motor engine, kinda like Green Machine.
