I think this song is about when you are in love and you never want it to end its all you can do to keep your mind off your partner !

It perfectly describes how I feel for a girl who's just as crazy about me as I am about her =)
Few corrections: "to keep my EYES off of you" (not arms) "You're all I've ever wanted at all." Im pretty sure that's what they say.
