yeh this is a great song, says a lot. i dont really know the context in which it was wriiten in though, like what year was it written? i dont really know half the stuff he is reffering to. except i get the scientology mention, thats still relevant to today
I remember when this song first came out as one of the Oils earliest mainstream hits. The press got a hold of a sensationalist story that Pete's tall frame and bald noggin exhibited in the US Forces"video was scaring young children, He was definately öne out of the box (an original) let's hope he still is.
Patience "put urself on par", maybe Pete is the great sleeper, paying his Labour Party dues while waiting to move up the ladder towards becoming PM, politics is a slow moving machiavellian game. He's definitely one of the best public speakers I've ever heard and his track record for being a true humanitarian before become a poly was exceptional.
