Sometimes it is taken for granted
When you receive whats wanted first.
Hello's, goodbyes, I love you's, and goodnights.
It's often wondered why,
Why we live to fall asleep.
And dream to hear these words
With a voice and my thoughts buried in my head so deep.
Was I out of my mind ?
Was everything fine ?
Should I plead forgiveness?
Things go away in time. (In time)
A mason jar of stars,
And point-of-views.
Everytime I share them
I just seem recluse.
Then I realize
It's that what's inside.
What I'm without,
Is not what it's about. (It's about you.)
