Alfred, Fetch Me My Gun Lyrics

The grass stands tall
this darkness captivates me
this field lasts for miles and I can't see the end
I can't walk anymore
I think I'll sit here and just die

And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
and throw my hands up high
tell me am I your lost wish too?
And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
am I your lost wish too?

How can I get your attention
maybe if I shoot bulletholes through my hands and feet
well maybe then you'll notice me
I'll be the guy smiling with the bloody teeth

And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
and throw my hands up high
tell me am I your lost wish too?
And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
am I your lost wish too?

Bugs crawling through my hair
the earth takes me in
I'm inprisoned here forever forever and ever

And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
and throw my hands up high
tell me am I your lost wish too?
And I'll stare up at the stars
and wish my wish that wont come true
am I your lost wish too?

Greyfield is awesome. Chris is amazing with lyrics. And they're the best guys I've ever talked to.

The boys of Greyfield are friends of mine. They are talented and they are going places. Their Lyrics say so much in every song...This song has to be one of my favorite Greyfield songs! I think we have all felt this way that you wish upon wish and hope upon hope that that one person who you have a crush on will share the same feelings. That you would do anything to get their attention even if you have to "shoot bullet holes through my hands and feet". Their lyrics really say something and you can some how relate your life to every Greyfield song. I know I can!
