I think this is about business, office work. like in the stock market. Think Patrick Bateman and co. in American Psycho. It's quite a face paced, faceless world where appearence and money are everything. The protagonist of the song is breaking all the rules of conduct, and taking the piss out of how shallow it all is.

Verse 3 is about tearing it all down, probably sarcastically. Honestly, I think this song is best left to your own interpretation. will add, the "lapping luxury" and "crusing" line is about how Greed will never leave you satisfied. Lapping refers to passing a car in a race, so lapping luxury refers to when rich people buy crap that will be out of style soon. "This couch is in and this dress is so out", they stick in a style of luxury that never leaves them satisfied.
