I heard that this song was written about Kate's grandparents, and how her Grandad had emphasema (sp?) and her Grandma had to care for him. I means a lot to me because my Grandad died of emphasema too, and I remember how weak he was at the end and my Grandma wasn't well enough to care for him. It makes me cry everytime I hear it. I just imagine what it must be like to see this person that you love so much and have spent you life with in this position. I listened to it a lot last year when my aunty was dying of cancer too. It's not relevant in any way really except that it just made me sad that she was weak in the same way and wasn't even old. I love the last part

It's beautiful. And the brass band is awesome. I think it's a miners band which just makes it even more emotional.
