This song, written and performed by Gene simmons, was originally titled 'Little Lady', and was written in 1970. When Gene was recording the song for 1974's Hotter than Hell, Paul ran into the studio and said to gene "put 'im 93 your 16' in there!" and gene was like "why?" and paul said "I dont know, it just sounds cool" so there you have it, that is where the line came from, So it is not just wrong. study the songs and history before making a false accusation.

Always thought this was an underrated song, it is very haunting and reminds me of the Beatles. Sounds like a song about a man whose mind is unclear, trying to do what makes sense.
