If you want I'll give you a clean cool buzz
Cocaine money, you're selling your blood down,
But you've got to be true to your friends
Everybody here, they know how it ends
With a boom

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Shoved into a tin can she stands on the subway it's Monday
Old man with a tin can in his hand
Wants money, it's ugly

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Have you seen me on T.V.?
My money makes me lonely"
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

If you want I'll give you a clean cool buzz
Cocaine money, you're selling your blood down,
But you've got to be true to your friends
Everybody here, they know how it ends
With a boom

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Wakes up on the way home, her day is over
He told her, "come home" on the telephone
Heard him say, come over just hold her

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom
Boom boom boom
Bang bang bang
Boom boom boom

i agree that this is a great tune-especially the version from 8/8/08 at the highline-however: i hear the rob verse differently-perhaps he (like steven tyler) changes it up from show to show What i hear: green water give you clean cool buzz cocaine money-sell all your blood down damn what you doin' to yourself you do to your friends everybody else will know how it ends with a boom

but as we all know translating rob can be an inexact science

I always thought it was "Damn, the things that you do to yourself, you do to your friends"

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
