    This song is a stunning illustration of how to make a point about life. With happiness comes sadness. Just as with pleasure, pain can be jsut around the corner. When you are happy, it might mean someone else is sad. Its a great song that accurately describes the relationship people have together. Almost every couple fught one minute and are in love the next. The subtlety and thin line between two opposites. Beautiful song. Very sexy. Very 80's.

    Heh, S&M...that was one of my first thoughts on it, and it certainly fits the title. But looking at the lyrics, I would say it's about a relationship, like what Peelmaster was saying.

    I've always assumed that people have a tendency to hate this song. Perhaps I'm wrong. Barring the singles, it's probably the best track on A kind of magic, but that's just me.
