@Riffs>Solos The part at the end is a reprise of the choruses of several songs on the album. I'm wondering if GTFO was intended to be closer to the end of the album, possibly in place of "Suzie Wants Her All Day Sucker," allowing the album to close out with the reprise, into the last two ballad-like songs, "Song for Love," and "Hole Hearted."

I don't know which version of the song you have but on the versions on "Pornograffitti" and "The Best of Extreme: An Accidental Collication of Atoms", the last bit starts around 3:35.
It's volume is really low in the mix under the chorus.
