Wanna-Be Lyrics
The dumb bitch don't make much sense, she tries to be different.
When a band becomes a trend she acts like she's the biggest fan.
She's just a spoiled bitch, her dad is so filthy rich.
Dont ask me why I think you're lame.
You and your friends all dress the same.
Your tiny tits don't smuther me.
You're just a fucking wanna-be.
She's is an anti-prep, she thinks she's alternative.
She just wants to fit in by smoking her cigarettes.
She's always talking shit because she is a six foot bitch.
When a band becomes a trend, she acts like she's the biggest fan.
You're not punk, you're not ska, you try to be something you're not...
You're not grunge, you're not rock, you try to be something you're not
its about someone who tries to hard to be alternative but will always be a trendy..

Once you're out of high school, you suddenly realize how stupid this song is, and how stupid the entire "poseur" issue is regardless of what side of the argument you are on. It's just a meaningless topic. I still laugh at this song though due to the immaturity. "Your tiny tits don't smother me" what a dis
wow, sounds like this bitch about me might have been picked on in high school. This song is cool actually. The "poseur" thing isn't just a high school issue. I mean who cares if someone flits into a click, but "posing" in general is rediculous. I like this song though, because it seems like every generation can relate to it. There were always people tryin to fit an image .. harcore, punk, alternative... etc..
The very monent you started referring to stragers as bitches on the net lets me know you're still in high-school. Trust me, it's a meaningless thing to get wount up about (which the songwriter quite obviously does). Just like talking trash on the internet...
