    Well, I don't understand a lot of French, but I can tell the words aren't the same as "Alfie." Poor Neil, bumbling his way thrpough the French. I take my hat off to him.

    My Interpretation
    I speak french. It's not the same words as "Alfie. But I don't know enough english to translate. I'm not sure, but I try to explain. It's about a couple. They're together for a long time. And he neglects her, "comme beaucoup de messieurs" (like a lot of men).
